Sub-division of buildings, conversions and roof extensions are ideal for this system.

The SFS external walling infill system may be selected to provide a quick weathered walling element giving lateral support to a variety of elevation treatments including brickwork, cladding and panels.

The Metsec SFS framing system may be selected to construct high bay fire separation walls driven by a limited time available for the fit out. This system is constructed on site from a ‘stick’ build, dry construction, faced with 2 layers of fire board. It is extremely quick to install ensuring that all walls are completed on programme.

Where used in existing high bay buildings, the lightweight SFS walls can be built off the concrete slab, usually without any additional reinforcement.
